Return Information

At Meadow and Brook we want you to love your purchase and if you are not 100% satisfied with your items you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of the date you received the items. If you choose to return the items after 14 days, but within 30 days after receiving the items you will be issued store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, but of course it’s ok to try them on, unwashed and in original new condition, with the original tags still attached to the items.

Exclusions: Sorry, but all sales are final on clearance, last call and jewelry items and cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue a refund (if returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s)) or store credit (if returned after 14 days and within 30 days after receiving your item(s)). You will receive an email from Meadow and Brook stating that your return is being processed and when the refund or store credit will be issued. In store credit will be issued via the email associated with the order. 

Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.  

How To Make Your Return:

Send an email to support@MeadowandBrook.com within return timeframe after receiving your order. Within the email indicate what items you will be returning.

Then mail the unworn, unwashed items with a copy of your receipt within 14 days for refund and within 30 days for store credit of receiving items to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue you the refunded amount or Meadow and Brook store credit based on timing of return. We will email you a code for the store credit (does not expire) for you to use on your next purchase. This will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

We are strict on our 30 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demand for our products.

Problems With Your Order:
If you have received the wrong item or believe it to be defective, you MUST contact us through email (support@meadowandbrook.com) within 7 days of receipt to notify us of this.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item if available. When returning your exchange, note on the item you are returning what size you would like to exchange it for. If the size is available, we will resend it to you at no extra charge. If the size is no longer available, you will receive store credit via email instead.

ORDERS ONLY DELIVERED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Meadow and Brook Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 within the United Sates! Items are sent United States Postal Service Priority mail.   

Orders may take 1-2 days to process and then 2-3 business days to ship. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. At this time we do not ship to Canada or internationally.  

We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped and once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 

It is important to put a valid email and phone number with your order. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We do NOT give out phone numbers and emails to third parties.

We ship via USPS; PO Boxes addresses are accepted. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information!  A re-shipping fee may apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.
